Asia Pacific Youth Exchange 2017 in Manila, Philippines

Asia Pacific Youth Exchange is a program to enable youth to understand their roles towards achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Asia-Pacific Youth Exchange (APYE) is a program that responds to the global need of meaningfully including the youth in SDG initiatives. By simulating SDG policy formulation and project execution, youth delegates are given a unique opportunity to learn and hone the skills necessary to participate in sustainable development initiatives.

Venue: Manila, Philippines

Requirements: Citizen of Asia Pacific Countries

Accommodation: The organziers have arranged the stay of delegates at Holiday. During the Leadership Development Training and Asia-Pacific Youth Symposium, Holiday Inn will be the official residence of the APYE Delegates. Located strategically two minutes away from the venue, Asian Development Bank.

Other Local Sites: ​The provinces of Laguna and Quezon are the two local immersion sites in the Philippines. Delegates in their respective SDG Groups spend time with community partners to understand the challenges the community is facing.

Participation Fee: US $1000 (This fee include accommodation, food and local traveling from January 8-20, 2017).
